Our Maple Business
Located In central Vermont, our business is all things maple. Having been bitten by the maple bug we pride ourselves on making Vermont liquid gold. As many did, we started small, tapping a few Maple trees with metal buckets. Eventually with the addition of some tubing, we started to grow. Having a small family crew leads us to improvise and optimize our process wherever possible. Today, we tap trees over several different forests and boil our sap on a combination of wood and steam powered evaporators.
